Anderson done for the night, A's up 2-0

The A’s are going to turn to their bullpen after Brett Anderson delivered six strong innings in his return to the mound.

While Anibal Sanchez has been good for the Tigers, Anderson has been dominant for the A’s. He threw 80 pitches, struck out six, walked two and surrendered only two hits.

Maybe now that Anderson is out, the Tiger bats will wake up in the latter part of this game.

They trail 2-0 after six innings in Oakland.
