Tiger and Yankee bats sleepwalking, scoreless through four

Doug Fister appears to be alright after taking a ball off the inside of his wrist on his throwing hand.

Fister had it tough in the first two innings, but he’s appeared to find a rhythm. The only problem is his pitch count (65), so we could still see Drew Smyly at some point if Jim Leyland doesn’t trust his middle relief to do the job.

These two lineups are scary on paper, but both are doing nothing from the plate. And both did nothing in their respective Division Series’, as each team rode the coattails of their pitching to wins.
