Cabrera delivers, Tigers lead 2-0 after five

Miguel Cabrera hit a hard line drive to deep right center that Curtis Granderson could not catch up with, and delivered Quintin Berry home from second base.

Berry stole second after reaching on an error by Yankees third baseman Eric Chavez.

Even with no outs in the inning, the Tigers weren’t able to cash in any more runs as the Yankees changed pitchers twice in the fifth.

This game is setting up nicely for the Tigers, and you have to think that Justin Verlander feels very comfortable coming back out for the sixth.
